The direct causes of maternal deaths result from bleeding, infection, and hypertension during pregnancy. One of the causes of bleeding in pregnant women is abortion. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between occupation, history of spontaneous abortion, and interpregnancy interval with the incidence of spontaneous abortion in the Tsuraya Dapok Clinic, OKI Regency in 2024. The study used an analytic survey method and a cross sectional approach. The population in this study waere all of the medical records of pregnant women at the Tsuraya Dapok Clinic from 2022 to 2023 totaling 801 with a sample size was 57 medical records. The sample was taken using simple random sampling technique. Secondary data was collected through medical records. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis using the Chi Square statistical test. The results showed that there were 14 (24.6%) abortions, 52 (91.2%) had a history of abortion, 34 respondents (58.6%) did not work, and 13 (22.8%) had a short pregnancy distance. Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that there is a relationship between abortion history (p value = 0.000), work (p value = 0.016) and pregnancy distance (p value = 0.000) with spontaneous abortion. Statistically there is a relationship between history of abortion, occupation and interpregnancy interval with the incidence of spontaneous abortion
