Abstract
Minimarket 69 was established in March 2022, selling many products from basic necessities, household products, cosmetics and skincare. Location of Minimarket 69 on Talang Betutu Lama street, Banyuasin. Minimarket 69's highest income was IDR 900,567,887.-. However, from November 2023 to February 2024, income decreased to IDR 811,245,773.-. Minimarket 69 is starting to feel threatened. So in this research, sales will be increased using Business Model Canvas, SWOT and QSPM strategies. Where these methods produce the following strategies, regularly carrying out online and offline promotions, creating social media accounts to carry out regular promotions & providing information on free drinks alms on blessed Fridays. selling viral products at affordable prices, making guidebooks for running an online store, opening an online store by selling products at promotional prices, and providing cash on delivery and non-cash payments. complete product variations at affordable prices. Competing on prices in online stores, utilizing floor display strategies to increase exposure to certain products, improving pricing and product layout both in displays and warehouses. Improve product procurement management. So that it can meet consumer needs, the results of the implementation of this strategy increase sales by 11.17%, reach markets until sub district Alang-Alang Lebar, Sako and Jawa Barat province, also produce a strategy guidebook.
