<p>Pengembangan teknologi tepat guna untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengambilan brondolan kelapa sawit menjadi penting dalam industri perkebunan. Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk merancang ulang alat pengutip brondol sawit yang dapat meningkatkan kapasitas dan efisiensi pengumpulan brondolan. Metode pengumpulan informasi dilakukan melalui observasi terhadap proses manual yang ada di CV Grahapata Catur Bawa, sebuah perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit di kota Sekayu kabupaten Musi Banyuasin.Alat yang dirancang memiliki dimensi 110 cm panjang, 95 cm tinggi, dan 50 cm lebar, dengan konsep desain yang terinspirasi dari alat pemotong rumput untuk memudahkan operasional manual oleh operator. Pengujian alat menunjukkan bahwa dengan penggunaan alat ini, waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk pengambilan brondol sawit dapat berkurang dari 148,4 jam menjadi 132,9 jam, menghasilkan efisiensi waktu sebesar 10,4%.</p> <p><strong>Kata</strong><strong> </strong><strong>kunci:</strong><strong> </strong>alat pengutip, brondol sawit, metode teknologi tepat guna.</p> <p> </p>Dominick Phoandra

<p>The accreditation system is a form of critical evaluation of the quality and <br>suitability of higher education institutions or study programs. To fulfill <br>accreditation, data is required. However, the Head of the Study Program does not <br>yet have an information system for storing accreditation data. In an interview with <br>the Head of the Industrial Engineering Study Program at the Faculty of Science <br>and Technology, Musi Charitas Catholic University, and through observation, it <br>was found that the Head of the Study Program is still searching for data manually. <br>Therefore, an information system was created according to user needs to facilitate<br>data searching and storage. The method used in this research is the User Centered <br>Design and Unified Modeling Language method, utilizing Google Workspace as <br>the information system tool. The research results show that the design of the <br>Industrial Engineering Accreditation Data Center (DAKTIN) website meets user <br>needs, with a good design scoring an average of 3.23, easy-to- use button functions <br>scoring an average of 3.367, user comfort scoring an average of 3.267, adherence <br>to predetermined guidelines scoring an average of 3.5, and a fairly high level of <br>security with stored data protected by encryption, authentication, malware <br>detection, and data privacy protection.</p>Kevin

<div><span lang="EN-US">Salah satu perusahaan penyedia air bersih dalam lingkungan insudtri</span></div> <div><span lang="IN"> senantiasa menjaga kualitas yang dimiliki untuk bersaing dengan kawasan industri lainnya khususnya dalam bidang jasa penyediaan air bersih. Adapun maksud dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisis pengaruh media filtrasi pengolahan air baku terhadap efektivitas biaya pengolahan air bersih dimana penelitian ini berfokus pada analisa perbandingan hasil filtrasi sebagai metode pengolahan datanya. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh diketahui bahwa material zeolite lebih baik dibandingkan dengan material pasir silika, dan pernyataan tersebut didukung oleh data penelitian dimana material zeolite lebih unggul dari segi produktivitas, hasil baku mutu, dan nilai ekonomis daripada material pasir silika. </span>Sesuai dengan data yang telah dikumpulkan, media saring zeolite mampu menghasilkan <span lang="EN-US">produktivitas hasil air bersih </span><span lang="EN-US">mencapai 93,63% </span>dengan proses Backwash sebanyak <span lang="EN-US">6 </span>kali, sementara media saring pasir silika menghasilkan</div> <div><span lang="EN-US">produktivitas air bersih sebesar 92,28% </span><span lang="IN">dengan proses Backwash sebanyak </span><span lang="EN-US">9 </span><span lang="IN">kali.</span></div>Akda Zahrotul WathoniBenny Yulius Richardo TidjaAde Astuti Widi Rahayu

<p>Salah satu usaha di Palembang yang menawarkan jasa perbaikan mesin dan body repair adalah Bengkel Ammi. Diketahui bahwa pada bulan Februari 2024 terdapat empat kecelakaan atau penyakit yang disebabkan oleh pekerjaan. Hal ini menyebabkan hilangnya waktu kerja dan mengurangi produktivitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengumpulkan data tentang potensi bahaya yang ada, mengurangi jumlah kecelakaan/penyakit akibat kerja, dan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja dengan menghitung waktu kerja hilang dan BCR. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini digunakan metode HIRARC. Pada awal identifikasi bahaya, terdapat 18 temuan potensi bahaya dengan 5 level risiko high. Kemudian diperoleh tiga hirarki pengendalian risiko: engineering, administrasi, dan APD. Setelah diberi pengendalian risiko pada bulan Juni, level risiko turun menjadi tidak ada level risiko tinggi dan jumlah kecelakaan kerja turun menjadi hanya satu kecelakaan kerja saja. Angka kecelakaan kerja yang menurun membuat waktu hilang yang cukup besar sebelumnya menjadi menurun juga sehingga produktivitas kerja di bengkel Ammi ini bertambah serta saat dilakukan perhitungan BCR. Nilai BCR yang didapatkan yaitu sebesar 8,4 dimana jika nilai BCR lebih dari satu maka implemenasi yang dilakukan mendapatkan manfaat lebih besar dari biaya.</p>Margaretha Fransiska

<p>Product packaging is one of the important elements in the distribution or <br>delivery of products to consumers. The packaging process starting from the <br>machine, the materials used for packaging to the human resource factor must be <br>considered and controlled properly so that the risk of possible product defects is <br>small. The consumer pack department, PT Sinar Alam Permai is able to produce <br>25,000 pcs of co fortune 1 liter oil products every day which are ready to be <br>distributed to consumers. Although the packaging process has been carried out with <br>automatic machines and has obtained a quality management certificate, there are <br>still many products that do not comply with company standards or commonly <br>referred to as defective products. From the data obtained, the number of defective <br>products per day can reach ± 700 pcs or about 2.8% of the production capacity per <br>day. This research uses the statistical process control method as well as the tools <br>of check sheet, C-chart, pareto diagram and ishikawa diagram to help quality <br>control to reduce the number of defective products of co fortune 1 liter oil. Before <br>the improvement, the average number of defective products was 690 pcs per day <br>and after the implementation of the improvement, the average number of defective <br>products was 472 pcs per day.</p>alfon

<p>Remanufacturing is a company engaged in rebuilding and repairing components of heavy equipment. One of the remanufactured components of heavy-duty dump truck is torque flow which is included in the power train category. The purpose of this study is to determine the standard time in the torque flow assembly process using work sampling measurement. From the result of this study, the standard time to complete one component of the torque flow is 25.07 hours, with a normal time of 17.17 hours, and a cycle time of 11.45 hours. The percentage of productive activities during the torque flow assembly process is 80.5% and the percentage of non-productive activities is 19.5%. The most productive activity carried out by the mechanics during the assembly process are assembling with 32.7% of total activity, while the highest non-productive activity is non-job description with 5.3% of total activity, followed by talking with 4.6% and waiting for the mechanics by 4.4%.</p>Noni Oktiana Setiowati
